We will ship to the address provided and will not be held liable for incorrect address details. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with Royal Mail for damaged and/or lost packages.

RETURN POLICY
Sorry, no returns or exchanges. we cannot accept returns due to sanitary reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. please send us an email within 5 days after you receive your package with photographic evidence.
