Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping times depend on location and may vary during the holidays. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Eco-Friendly packaging is used on all of our orders so please recycle!

Strawa cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. We will ship to the address provided and will not be held liable for incorrect address details. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with Royal Mail for damaged and/or lost packages.

RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us by email within 30 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
